Do Trendlines work?

  1. "B people live in a different world than those who make a lot of money."

Uh, Jack. If B people aren't making money, they must still be working. If they're still working they must not be rich. So why are you giving seminars, A-man? And, uh, don't confuse B-Team membership with not-rich-ness. Mike.

P.S.: I am sorry to hear that your health is not good. I can sympathize. After my last physical my GP told me: "You know, it's a crap shoot. You might live 30 years, or you might croak in the next 30 seconds." Kick back, man. Do like I do. Eat a little pussy (or a lot, if you prefer) and drink expensive champagnes. Make the most of the next 30 seconds. I got enough money to live until I die ($25 per bottle of White Star X 2 X 365 X 30). I'll bet you do, too. Quit working and blow it!

  3. Mikey, maybe you've had one too many fat girl sit on your face cuz you sound oxygen deprived. Hey, it's alright, you've given us your orientation toward trading and it's not about making money for you. I say good for you, but at 60 you sound a lot like the pimply, out of shape guys I knew in high school. You know the ones, they never went out on dates but they had watched a lot of porn and talked incessantly about how they had done this or that with a girl, shutting up only to munch on a candy bar or take a swig of soda they were holding. I'm not saying you're a jerk off or anything. It's just an observation.

Oh I dunno, maybe I will think more along your lines about what I do with my life when I get to 60. Then again maybe I won't. In any case, we both like Jack's posts, albeit for different reasons, and would like for him to continue. How about giving him a chance to get going before jumping in all the time? It's doubtful there are many fat girls on here for you to impress with your wit. Guys like nononsense are the only ones you turn on around here LOL.

    Have a great evening.

  4. My problem is I am an obsessive/compulsive and I have to have something to obsess about. Learning the market has kept me very occupied for several years now but I have the basics down. I have read all the books and been in all the rooms and now there is nothing new. Everything is repitition except for Jack. I still find possibilities in his words so I cling to them. Edge trading is fairly simple, at least the way I do it, but it leaves me with a lot of time on my hands as my edge only comes around once or twice a day and some days not at all so I cling desparately to the idea of non-edge trading as something that I can obsess about for a bit longer. If I never understand it, it is the pefect obsession because it will never end unless Jack disappears. Dont know what I will do then.:)

  5. Icky. I shall re-repeat. I post where Jack posts because his descriptions of his intraday method lack rigor. If it is a "method" as opposed to being purely discretionary, then it can be described explicitly in the prose equivalent of an algorithm. For example, I described a profitable tick fuck some time back that is so complicated that it is untestable, but the description I gave was algorithmically precise. (Hmmm? Last night's fat girl got into a good solid algorithm once she got warmed up.) Jack says that he offers a way of about thinking about the market. He can't have it both ways. Either the method can be described precisely, or it can't. When pressed for method details, he retreats into the equivalent of saying it's intuitive. Mikey.

P.S.: I am 5'11", 190#, solid, and I'll bet I get laid more often, more times a night, and better than you do. To quote Ogden Nash:

    "One old fossil
    Smiled at me
    And winked.
    Don't cry, he said.
    Its kind of fun
    To be extinct!"

Also, to be the best Jack he can be, he needs an Anti-Jack to compoare himself to. I am happy to be his bad example.

  6. Easy. I can relate. To your Jack yearning. And to the boredom of edge trading. That's why I drink when I trade. The other solution is to find more edges. I have about ten, which is more than enought to keep me awake in the stark terror of a live trade. And I will repeat. I view Jack's method as merely a series of connected edges. The ones that work, that is. Mike.

  7. We give seminars to educate people...In turn, they make rational decisions to protect themselves and better ensure their personal longevity.

They get to consider an alternative to the government Medicare program which runs out and is very expensive compared to the alternative which does not run out, does not require a supplement to cover the government medicare gaps.

They get to consider that the above paragraph precludes them from going to medicaid after it runs out and after they do a "spend down' on their CA's to qualify for medicaid payments whose value are liened against their NCA's for collection after they die.

Finally, they get to consider the aspect of having a non premium product that has an anual maximum out of pocket co8insurance limit that is about the cost of one of the top three of the 10 medicare supplements offered.

There is something comforting to people about knowing that their health care will not run out, they will not go through the spend down of medicaid and that they will never have medical costs that cannot be budgeted on a monthly basis at a rate that is commensurate with medicaid supplement premiums where the supplement runs out when the standard medicare runs out.

I draw no salary nor any commissions. I am a "freebee' as COO of the corporation I work for. It is a model that is going to be replicated "outside" of the intial service area.

As your reason imperfections continue, you are gradually drawing yourself into a mental dilemma by your errors and omissions.

I have done work most of my life without compensation. By invitation and I also contribute the copyrights, royalties and overrides that might ordiarily come my way to those who can better make use of them as bread and butter income to further their causes, principles and problem solving solutions for problems that others cannot cope with because of the lots that they have drawn.

There is a principle here that is foreign to you. Most people are familiar with the ideas of how the world works. What makes the world work is each individual decisions each person makes to choose to get the job done. I am able to see and hear and touch and smell and taste consciously and I am well able to be of assistance at all times. Therefore, I do. For me it is a case of Be Do Have.

You imagine that I do other than I say I do. Too bad for you.

I meet about 70 elderly unprotected people a day. Day after day after day. We make it a point to provide what ever meal follows each seminar as a statement of relating to them and the community. I called every person I was going to meet until a team had to be put in place to acknowledge their interest and/or take reservations.

Apparently in your life you do not run into people who are getting the job done. Get over as soon as possible the notion you have that there is any or much similarity between us. I have spent more time than you can imagine being prepared to be able to help people. While I no longer pay malpractice insurance, I have in the past when people wwere at risk as a consequence of being in a place working with me. In another circumstance, if I was on a fire line at any time you can bet that the persons near me absolutely knew that I would not let them down when we got into trouble.

It is a big deal to me to contribute to the well being of others and I do it well and continually as a consequence of my preparation. Just regard me as "unbelieveable" by the way you live your life.

Don't fuck with me anymore. Go away.

  8. Very admirable.

What I do is help companies get business in the billions so they can employ people for projects lasting years who can then save money so they can retire comfortably and won't have to worry about needing Medicare. I like my way better. And don't talk to me about wealth building. I the course of my career I have through sheer willpower and determination created work for many hundreds of people. Of course the flip side I that I put as many people out of work who didn't win the jobs I did. Maybe that's who comes to your seminars.

BTW you might as well tell the cockroaches in your house to go away.

  10. He can't. He has to know what I am saying about him. Besides, I am a cockroach. I'd just use another name, like Kokomo Bogart. The only reason he recognizes me is that I use my Merchant puppet most of the time.
