That perhaps is the MOST solid and useful thing I have read on ET

I always thought of the wash trade as the one thing that allows a person to start learning safely when used in the context of their skill level. And if you get it on all skill levels that only means that you will never "give" your money to the market.

  3. Clever Hans. (I am sure you get the reference.) I came by that little piece of NQ advice the hard way: by losing money. Day after fucking day for six months (I was laid off and using the great state of California's unemployment checks to trade and drink), I traded NQ, adjusting my mental stop until I found that my peculiarly perverse entries were proven wrong if price went two ticks against me. Either a better entry in the same direction beckoned, or I was REALLY wrong and should trade the other way. I suspect that it is idiosyncratic to both me and NQ, but it works. Mike.

  4. Moz. Right. In fact, I think it is perhaps the most important thing that Jack taught. It may even be the ONLY thing that he is right about. But he is totally full of it when he says you can lose NO money. Gotta be at least a tick (the spread). I think two to three before it hits you that the position is a dog. Mike.

  5. You provide a clear picture of where you are. Whatever coping strategy you've made for yourself over your life, it doesn't work very well in the markets it seems. Notwithstanding your 1-lot NQ "tick fucking" ability, you don't make enough in the markets to quit working for someone else or to drop that immense chip on your shoulder.

You are definitely a literate guy; that is obvious. Maybe you are smart too. I say maybe because I wonder how smart someone can be if he doesn't stop talking about himself long enough to ask himself "How come I'm not rich?" Maybe being rich is not what you want. Maybe.

In any case, Jack is "just" an enabler. He can't give people what they don't already have. And if they have it, they don't need Jack, although he can be a super shortcut to getting what's theirs already. Think about it.

  6. Icky. You've done your homework. But let me remind you of an interview which was published before you were born. Some punk kid like you interviewed Milton Friedman and asked him "If you're so smart, how come you aren't rich?" Milton curled that debonaire hare-lip of his and said "What makes you think I'm not?"

Did it ever occur to you that I trade only one NQ because I want it to be no more important to me, and no more of a financial risk, than putting a quarter into a slot in Vegas? Or that I work only to get away from home so I can fuck a different fat girl every night? Money isn't everything, you know. I am sixty years old. My company PAYS me to get laid. I'll bet I'm getting more pussy than you are. At my last physical, my GP said "The way you burn the candle at both ends, you might live only thirty seconds, or you might live thirty years." I'm betting on the thirty years. I make so much fucking money working that I can't AFFORD to trade. I have rock solid edges that would make Jack's soft old dick dribble. They are immutable. They are indigenous to the market. And they will still be there when my dick won't get hard any more and trading is the only way I can get off.

Now you go do your due diligence. You research Jack. And you tell me why he lives in a house that he doesn't even own valued at $125K in a fucking slum. Hahahahahahha! Was that enough fucking ha's for you? There is a lesson in the fact that all Jackophants are in a children's crusade. I doubt that there is a one over 25. All the best. Mikey.

  7. You are beautiful, Mikey. Don't change a bit.

Just admit one thing that is obvious to everyone here. You are Jack's number one fan, chief sycophant, top crusader. You are in love with him, you old geezer. The truth cannot be hid.

    Cheers.

  8. Icky. Curse you! You are too smart by half! I am TOTALLY envious of him. And it is penis envy. My wife is only nine years younger than I am. But Liz is TWENTY-SEVEN years younger than Jack is! And a hot looking old broad she is, too, at least if you are my age. But make no mistake. He may be a charming old dog. I understand he's TALL. And his swing trading method may work. But intraday he is a charlatan. He is laughing his fucking ass off in every post. How outrageously complicated can I get and still be believed? The man is a sadist. I should know. You think I am jiving you in my posts? I have TESTED his intraday shit. It doesn't fucking WORK. Jack is perpetrating the miracle of the loaves and the fishes. Nevermind that no individual component of his strategy works. In the aggregate, a miracle happens. "Suffer the little children unto me." But I am his Pontius Pilate: "Prove to me that you're no fool. Walk across my swimming pool."

  10. Merchant. You are making things pointlessly more difficult to be productive. For some reason you are desperate for something be it information or attention or whatever. Stand aside and allow us to work dilligently to move this thread forward. Take all that you can from our efforts and use it as you will. You are putting an awful lot of energy into not contributing to this thread and putting a full stop to the very same issue you were seriously concerned about as you spelled out in a much earlier post.

So clearly you are stuck on him for whatever personal reasons and adamant for some other reason or even possibly the same reasons. What gives? You stated that you spent a tremendous amount of time and energy into many of his concepts. That's a flat out "Type A" person. And it is UNDENIABLE that you are in fact still "Type A", meaning your "Type B" declaration is in fact a silly mascot guise. Furthurmore, it is likely that your attacks are simply to have all that Jack has put forth to yourself since it is EVIDENT that you regard his components as edges. I absolutely do not blame Grob109 should he never show up ever again. It stirs me to simply open my own "ET" like community with strict moderation since I have the resources, know how, and energy to do it single handedly. It is unfortunate that I will not be able to see your response for I now need to put your many aliases on ignore. Although I usually prefer not to put anyone on ignore, I will unfortunatley have to promote this for all those who are serious and wish to progress. Too much useless effort is proceeding and clearly Merchant is exceedingly entertained by all this undeserved attention. Believe or not, it is clever in some sense. For those who are disturbed, including Grob, exercise the privilege to ignore and throw away the unignore key until the stated goal has been reached. Grob, not everyone can be helped. The last several pages were counterprodcutive.

Ignore is a very lethal tool. Consider for a moment that you make what you believe to be a quality chart attachment and it gets ZERO downloads. No one likes being unnoticed especially when one makes a deliberate effort to be noticed. Surely, similarly minded individuals will respond and promote the ignored user and they shall simply join the ignore list. I am encouraged when individuals take consideration to look at charts that I post. It is also true that I am discouraged when individuals take no considerations to look at my posted charts. Not posting a comment to a detracting post has the same discouraging effect. Exercise the ignore...

Tomm is monday. My AM chart will go up. Let's get the trendline balls rollin... Shall we? Are there still serious participants here? Spike500, do you check these parts???
