I'd like to comment on this sentence: "Companies that lose money perpetually, every year, are destroying national wealth and harming us as a whole." A few years ago I would have trouble believing that statement BUT their are instances where our gov't policies put even profitable companies out of business because they are a waste of resources.
I'm with flytiger on this one. Naked shorting causes a stock's price to disconnect from its true market value, not reach it quicker. It is fraud, and the perps and their enablers need to be relieved of the ill-gotten profits and locked up.
Blue: You haven't a clue about what is about to unfold. What started as a relatively minor incident that one person chose to take issue about, has spread like cancer and not just the naked shorts.
