First time in awhile we've sold on good news (new homes sales). Front page of the WSJ talking about the bull market. Bob Pissonme calls it "just a breather". I don't know, When the Pom poms of CNBC get cocky I get nervous!
Although, I like how Greenspan is calling this rally irrational exuberance, so maybe we have another 3 to 4 years to go before we really drop.
