Honestly, I didn't look at the prices at all. I simply saw the front-end and again wondered why you're not using Oanda.
after I got a bill from the IRS telling me I owed 13k in back taxes, I just said, "Fuck it." I'm just a poor man with no hope of reclaiming my former glory I got a job delivering pizza for Dominos It wasn't that bad, min wage, plus a percentage of what you delivered, plus all tips were tax free whenever some rich bitch wouldn't tip me I always said, "If you know anybody that needs a job, they can deliver a pizza and keep all their tips."
That's kind of funny. I got a job delivering alcohol. Works really well in Ontario since alcohol is only available in government controlled stores and not at corner stores. Schedule is perfect for me and my wife. Allows me to help her with the baby during the day when she's working and allows me to do the study I need for this CFA exam. However, that study session is really broken. I don't feel very prepared for this June exam. Its actually a really good job as these jobs go. I am up to about 140 deliveries a week in 40 hours and averaging 8$ per delivery. I will likely continue this schedule while my wife completes her Master's degree since it allow me to be with my baby during the day. Yes, it is tax free sortof, but .... I'm going to have a tough time explaining to them how I support my family if I don't declare it.
no kidding, wife fucks up the car, that messes up your whole business, not sure that CFA is going to get you what you are looking for, CFA is just a fancy name for "Salesman."
You may have read earlier that that is precisely what happened in January. Wife fell asleep at the wheel ( thank God she's ok) and totalled the car.
Yeah, surreal. I fell asleep at the wheel while working in France. Side-swiped a gendarmes in the early 90s.
you may have read earlier that getting a CFA is nothing more than a certificate to be a salesman. And if you enjoy delivering alcohol, I doubt you will be very satisfied as a CFA salesman.
Of all things to side swipe that was probably one of the worst choices. Were you charged with an offense? Wife got a careless driving charge. Fortunately, we were able to talk it down to a fail to turn and avoid accident charge. 2 points instead of 9 on her driving record. She rear ended one of those dump truck that is used to collect cleared snow. The truck dragged her 100 meters before another car and driver grabbed the truck driver's attention and told him to stop. He didn't realize he'd been hit.
No, I knew all of the locals and I don't drink and drive. Lucky break as a few inches and it would've been a head-on.
Yes, but if you want to be a private financial adviser rather than getting stuck in one of the banks selling mutual funds, it adds a lot of credibility to your profile. At this stage, I just enjoy the reading and learning. Its primarily a mental excercise for me. And no, I don't enjoy delivering alcohol. It is purely a means to a greater end.
