I listen to CNBC/Bloomberg when Economic announcements are out, the majority of the day I have Dub or Jazz on my speakers. I have enough trading eyes out there on my AIM as well as really annoying audible ALARMS on TradeStation.
Yes, I do play music I like to play my piano while yelling "buy", "buy", "sell", "buy" into my speaker phone (T-1 direct to the exchange). My broker's clerk likes to hear 70's rock and I am glad to oblige. Steve

music is not good for trading, otherwise, the nymex, nyse would be blasting music on the floor all day.
