I was interested in trading futures but the high leverage and difficulty finding a way to chart them turned me away. I don't like stocks too much because they're correlated which is bad for a position trader. But then I heard commodity and currency funds that trade on the stock market (GLD, USO) So if anyone tracks these funds I just wanted to ask if they are pretty much like futures in that they move independently or is there some correlation to the movement of the stock market as well?
