Do commissions get any cheaper than IB?

    Went to there sit and saw simple equity account only needed 500$ to start or 2K to start a margin account. Not bad.

    However, the first thing that jumped out at me was how financially stable are they. One of the reason I use IB is if something goes wrong in the market place or with the company, and your are FIRST in line, you can get your money out in a reasonable time period, it has happened before, trust me.

    I am now looking for such a company, like IB, to trade Canadian Penny's through in the US. Any ideas there?

    Maybe just a wild dream.
