Do banks use the tax loophole most?

  1. There was a bit on the news yesterday where the reporter listed the companies benefiting most from the tax loophole of overseas profits (in places that aren't even countries) - and he listed the top ones as companies like CitiGroup and Morgan Stanley.

    This WSJ article leaves out the banks though

    It makes it look like GE actually benefits the most.
