That's easily proveable She sold influence at the state department. Over 40% of her appointments went to donors. That's highly illegal. Many of her official acts as sec of state rewarded private donors to the Clinton foundation with favourable American rulings, who later gave even more money to the Clinton foundation. That's all highly illegal. And then you've got the Clinton foundation giving 10 cents of every dollar collected to actual charity. The other 90 cents (usually to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars) went to overhead expenses like "travel" "hotels" and "dinners". This is an obvious bribing operation.
