The news about Roche increasing it's offer for DNA hit Reuters at 12:00:24. Almost four minutes before that, someone was buying huge amounts which drove DNA up 3 points. Bloomberg, Dow Jones, Briefing, Business Wire, FOW, etc. etc. had NO NEWS on DNA before it hit Reuters.
