DLL to send calls through EFS script to IB advisor account

Hi. Can anyone suggest a DLL (or something else) that I can use to send commands from an eSignal EFS script to IB TWS through the API?

It must support advisor accounts.

I'm working with an alpha version of TWSLink that supports FA accounts, but I would prefer to find a production version of something if possible.
