Dividend Projections

Any of you guys know any sites or sources of information where we can track expected dividends? Possible dividend cuts or increases? etc.

1) Follow the stock price.
2) Stable stocks have stable dividends.
3) Rising stocks tend to have dividend increases similar to their earnings increases.
4) Falling stocks are more likely to have dividends reduced or even eliminated.
