stomach bug returned, been out of commission all week. working on getting my tech issues resolved during the down time so perhaps can get to trading early next week.
some updates; 1. fully converting from trading through MT5 to Quantower (AMP). I tried AxiomaticAI's MT5 and had stop orders that their platform (MT5) accepted to sit on the exchange get fully traded through and never trigger - so that was enough for me. I have roughly 5 months' worth of experience with QT and I should have made this changeover months ago. sunk-cost fallacy runs deep within my veins. 2. stomach finally normalized, I think. should be back at the gym later today. QT conversions will be finished tonight / tomorrow morning. back into production once all tests clear the way to do so (QT). I'll post updates as I have them.
still working through issues on QT conversions, but progress is happening. Hoping to get back into some actual trading maybe Monday. MES/MNQ for awhile, then the Minis thereafter.
most of my QT issues have been sorted out. Did some trading yesterday on MNQZ22 for +$221, today for +$387 I think. will have to check comms on today but that's around the total. I might begin recording my trading sessions and making weekly recap (meme style) vids to show highlights etc. Just for the laughs. I take trading seriously but throwing some humor and laughing at my mistakes probably can't hurt much. speaking of laughing at myself, here's my most shit trade of the day: bought here & here. stops lie just outside the black pylon looking things. phone rings (i'm trying to find a replacement car for my now dead 2011 3-series) so I sell out. sure, small gain, easy. what's next? LMAO. ah, well. gains are gains.
Black pylon-looking things? Wouldn't it be helpful to know what that indicator is called, and what it indicates?
Interesting purple charts. My chart is also proprietary (but easily copied). I started with hundreds of lines and arcs and triangles and rays and colors till I could hardly see the candlesticks. Now it is highly simplified.
we are visual creatures, what can I say? @maxinger I've spent a looooooooong time simplifying my stuff as well.
