It doesn't matter whether Discord members or manipulators are PUSHING the stock up or PUSHING the stock down. Don't need to fear Discord members or manipulators. They are 'good' people. In fact, they are providing trading opportunities. Don't need to waste our time trying to determine what they are PUSHING as they are 'harmless' people. Just focus on our screeners & charts and that is enough to earn $$$$.
I have no problem mowing the lawns or washing cars, windows if it lands me a chance to become a better trader. Never had a problem with arrogance, that's the difference between me and you.
it triggered flashbacks from when I worked for some of those elitists.. more power to ya i guess . I don't like environments where people are constantly in these ego battles and the discord chaneeds i saw was just noise and people posting links to Twitter or pictures of their rolex or bragging about paying so much taxes or whatever .. if attention is currency what is all the distractions really doing ?
Off topic is anyone else following RIOT? It tested $7.80 slowly creeping up with massive option buying on Dec 5th $9.00 Strikes last few days. Probably WS Bets?
I am a member of a few discord groups, and a follow a few twats on twitter, and some on youtube. The fact is like this. There is a stock. When a Twitter Twat announces that he's added (Or even just posts the stock ticker with a rocket, or some eyes or whatever), the stock does rise. This is fact, you can validadate it with the stock chart and twitter. There are 20 to 300k followers adding. Doesnt matter what the ticker is, why the guy suggested it, etc. Its completely irrellevant. The twatter causes volume and volatiliy, which is generally what a lot of us are looking for to trade. If you have a momentum scanner, and it goes off. Search twitter and you will see the guy suggesting the stock. The timestamps are aligned by 5 min. I presume the first 5min parabolic candle is the twitter twatter pumper getting their 20k shares in first.
Do you mind, posting (or DM me) your "favourite" twitter twats? I do follow some and am even a member of two large trading rooms to get a better feel of the market and "dumb" money flow.
