NBBO, Yep we have been slowed by the design and implementation of FOREX which is also in testing. GTC had to take into account a 24 hour market place and as such is was easier to build to the wider spec then have to redesign as soon as we implemented. Nonetheless you are correct, we promised some things that we were most definitely late in delivering. Time will certainly tell but I suspect in very short order you will see not only the changes we have discussed but we will see implementation that will again show our prowess in developing industry leading technology.
