On the next upgrade, which will happen within the next week, you'll have two styles to choose from. This color pallet will be the default, and then all the old timers will be able to revert back to the old color scheme if they choose. That way everybody is happy.

That sounds good as the new colors are hard for me to read.

Are you going to track what percentage of people revert to the old color scheme? The new color scheme is difficult to read.

It's standard procedure to click on the logo to take the viewer to the home page and that function works on ET. Everybody on the internet should know that by now.

  6. Between my early retirement and commencement of trading, I had my own website and two blogs that I set up sites for. Speaking to all the people I knew who visited my three sites, I was often amazed at the level of ignorance.

I thus made it a policy that anything I did had to be idiot proof.

One can of course ignore the idiots, but they will find their way here and if they feel comfortable, they might just return.

This color scheme is terrible. No contrast. It makes me want to leave the website. The older color scheme was nice and warm, very easy to read.

Is there a way to change the scheme ourselves? If not, an option to do that would be nice.

Edit: Nevermind, just read above that we will have that option. Good to hear!

The logo is impressive. The colour now is a reminder of a dull, cold , and cloudy day, instead of being bright and vibrant. It's more in the image of TL, than of a self sustaining and energetic ET. I am awaiting the option to change the scheme.

The old color was better. Easier to read.

Many people simply don't like change, whether it's the market or website design!

Yes the logo looks like it's out of an early 90's video game and the styling could be more contemporary, but I really do not care, as I'm sure most others don't.

You'll always have haters manufacturing reasons why they don't like the new design, such as contrast or colour, but really it's just that they don't like change.

There are slicker looking trading forum websites out there, but I know where I'd rather be.
