If you are eating a healthy diet your shouldn't need blood thinners....Try if possible to give up any drugs or medicines you are taking. They could be messing with your hormonal system.
If I gave you a run down of all the wrong things in my life medically, you would be saying I should have died years ago. I was born having Klinefelters syndrome, extra chromosome, no diet in the world going to make humpty dumpty all better again. Been on extra hormones most of my life and reason I am 6'6" tall. I passed out 4 years again from double clots and cause of other factors, I am more prone for having clots, have to take blood thinners, but one of the better side affects is no longer go through bottle of Anacin a month. The worse is having Sarcoidsis disease and rheumatoid arthritis, am almost in remission for hip cancer, am pre-diabetic and have lost 195lbs cause from being on steroids two years, trying hard to lose the other 60 pounds. Going on organic veggies and fruits, eating as much raw as possible including an occasional potato has helped greatly cause cancer loves sugar and lack of it, cancer has tough time surviving. So I am eating right, taking Tumeric instead of steroids. And have greatly reduced meds am taking like blood thinners reduced 65%, also take Gingeroot and 10,000% of liquid vitamin C, knock on wood-no colds in a year, but do use a mask in crowds. I thank all who chirped in. And if anyone else having trouble losing weight, you don't need the stomach surgery doctors trying to make you have, comes down to having the motivation within yourself and having a cocky attitude. You can lose weight by eating right. You will have times of despair, always best to try to go for a walk.
Here's a winner. Sadly, too many people do this thinking all that healthy eating will offset the one horrible load of junk they eat.
Hey yabz, good to know that you have find a suitable diet and it worked well for you. From last 2 years I switched to vegetarian food and have observed many positive changes. Changing my diet to a vegetarian one had a huge impact on the volume of water I consume on a daily basis. Then after following a cellublue food guide on my friend's recommendation, I got to learn about food such as Chlorella, Spirulina, Chia Seeds and many many others. These kind of food items are rich in nutrition and it is so easy to prepare them.
