You might check out rule 2-29, concerning performance claims. Aren't SEC records public? Do you show up in a search of their records? Are you under investigation? I am beginning to think that if you make the money you claim to make that you could afford to pay someone to write for you, make your videos, audit your performance, critique what you've written, get legal advice, see a head doctor, etc.
