I have mainly accepted Chris Hedges' judgement of Assange.

 

It’s worse than silly.

 

Its possible that Assange is a double edge sword. Thus, Assange may have info about Trump too from 2016.

Thus, a pardon of Assange would allow the U.S. government (or a state) to subpoena Julian without Julian being able to incriminate himself for any crimes.
