Did IB send you a free book?

Just got a book in the mail from IB today. Trading and Exchanges, or something like that. Pretty thick book too. I'm just wondering if they sent it out to customers who do a certain volume of shares. Did anyone who doesn't trade a lot of volume get this book?

 

I just received this book in the mail, too. I'm pretty sure I've only made about 6 trades through IB this year, though, so I don't think you have to be a high volume trader to receive it.

 

I got it. I do decent volume, but I do not think that has anything to do with it.
