And as an insurance against misuse any officer, agent etc etc violating the ordinance or unlawfully obtaining, using , ordering or causing to be ordered a violation will be subject to burning at the stake no later than 10 days post accusation of violation . Those deemed innocent by a jury of WIC recipients (what else do they have to do ) will be executed via hanging . Any problems with that? Civilian offenders get a misdemeanor charge which can mean up to 6 months in jail.
