Did Gun Bans In The U.K. And Australia Work?

  1. Tell you what :I'll agree to your assault weapon ban if: All domestic govt agencies or agencies operating in the continental US (including secret service) have to abide by the same restriction .

And as an insurance against misuse any officer, agent etc etc violating the ordinance or unlawfully obtaining, using , ordering or causing to be ordered a violation will be subject to burning at the stake no later than 10 days post accusation of violation . Those deemed innocent by a jury of WIC recipients (what else do they have to do ) will be executed via hanging .
    Any problems with that?

Civilian offenders get a misdemeanor charge which can mean up to 6 months in jail.

Looks like this is turning into a 2 horse competition as who is the roughest toughest dude on ET.

I can just see them in cowboy outfits swaggering down the street at high noon, pushing ole ladies off the sidewalk. Well 2 big mouths anyway.

Only it does not and will not prevent mass murder. Do you think mass murder was unheard of before firearms were invented?

Remember the Oklahoma City bombing, how about 9/11 or the Sarin gas attack in a Japanese subway?

You guys up in arms over a few gun related deaths when 21,000 children die EVERY day and no one even gives a shit. Doesn't put things in perspective?

They have even banned replica hand guns over here.
Ruined my weekly game of cowboys and indians.

    LOL
    Exactly, brother Humpy.
Don't be misled, common sense has nothing to do with ET P&R.
It's all about ego for several of 'em around here.
They keep trying, so hard to prove to themselves that they are right on all issues.

    Great entertainment, huh?

The ET disclaimer says it very well: Not for the faint of heart. If you are easily offended, stay away from this forum! These threads will not appear on the homepage.
