Did DB and the Price Action Scribblers Throw in the Towel?

Discussion in 'Chit Chat' started by marketsurfer, Jul 9, 2015.

  1. Nope, the dude is a bad a$$ trader and he proves it live consistently. Heck, michelle won the world cup of futures following larry's lead.

Is that a conspiracy also ?

30 or 7... Doesn’t matter for someone who lacks integrity. :)

  3. What's your issue with the personalization and attacks?

    With that said,

Now PTJ is being invoked to defend the scribblers?? Do u really think 30 or 7 years ago, PTJ traded like the scibblers? I don't get the correlation. Grasping at straws to keep your god alive. Then resorting to personal attacks? Man, that's weakness to a maximum degree.

PTJ is a proven entity. The scribblers straight liners are not. In fact, their own description of How they do what they claim to do is how I know for certain their claims are false. Heck just read the $5 ebook, if u have enough $ to spare to see whst i mean.

  5. My post was in reference to your attack of all things TA, which is principally about price. Let's try to color within the lines, shall we?

  6. I think people actually defending Larry Williams and Timothy Sykes have no business attacking others. As reference points go, I think we have you pegged. The NFA has warned off all thinking people regarding the former. As for the latter, well he speaks for himself. And it ain't pretty. Even so, you're enchanted.

    The NFA on LW:

    Findings and Conclusion:

€"There is no question that Mr. Williams's personal trading accounts had a material effect upon his composite trading performance. The record reflects that for the first quarter of 1987, Mr. Williams's composite performance showed a loss of $6,122,281, while at the same time Mr. Williams's personal accounts experienced a gain of $902,599. The Panel finds that the fact Mr. Williams was making significant gains while managed customer accounts were suffering considerable losses would be a material fact which a potential customer would need to know in order to make a fully reasoned decision."

    Is that too subtle?

  7. We shall. Billion $$ funds ARE the market or highly influential on the market.

Do you really believe that how PTJ claims to trade in the press is applicable to noise traders?

Furthermore, PTJ is in the marketing business also-- u can draw your own conclusions.

What proof? As I said at the time, somebody is selling my free preview for $5. And I suppose that those who are dumb enough to pay it are also sending money to Nigeria.

There's no shortage of people who are stupid enough to waste money on useless products.

    Like $350/mo newsletters. :)

  9. Right. So Sykes and Williams can be trusted at face while PTJ cannot. Got it. Any other wisdom you'd like to share?

  10. DB,

I am happy you are well-- can you answer the question that started this thread? Did u and the scribblers throw in the towel and give up??

but i am not understanding a free preview for $5. That sounds really weird

What is it a preview of for $5? And if its not u, who is selling it?

Clearly, i have no issue with u selling anything, heck, L. ron hubbard sold books and courses too.
    Nothing wrong with it

But, your defense makes no sense. Why not just admit you sell stuff to traders? I woukdvcertainly respect u more.
