Did apple management lie about Steve Jobs health?

  1. Did steve jobs, apple management, and the board completely lie about steve jobs health? And is it now a criminal matter since, the stock reacted violently before it was comfirmed.

  2. Isn't that a personal issue. A CEO's personal life should be no one's concern. He did not violate any laws by being sick.

  3. well if your the ceo of a company, and your sick, and your personal health could effect the stock price and future course of the company its definately a material matter. Remember people who knew the truth like the board management, apple insiders all knew the truth and were selling like crazy. telling friends jobs was sick. The stock fell more then 50 percent, and they were still insisting nothing was wrong. They lied, and they committed a crime. they lied directly to your face when asked.

  4. Excuse me, but you could use a REFRESHER course in the "events" surrounding Steve Jobs and his health history . . .

"Jobs disclosed in August 2004 that he had been diagnosed with -- and cured of -- a rare form of pancreatic cancer called an islet cell neuroendocrine tumor.

According to the National Institutes of Health, treatment for that form of pancreatic cancer can include the removal of a portion of the liver if the cancer spreads. The cancer is curable if the tumors are removed before they spread to other organs."

So what is it that Jobs failed to do back in 2004 that was negligent or an attempt to commit fraud?
