Even so .. that doesn't make the letter a "hoax" Concidering the situation they are in.. I don't see why it couldn't be a real letter.
Speaking of the 80's. I picked up a copy of "Greed and Glory on Wall Street: The Fall of the House of Lehman" at a used book sale. I am not quite finished with it BUT I do hope I finish the book before the "fall of Lehman" happens agains.
Buffett won't read it. It's too long. You must pitch an investment to him on one page or less. If you can't do that, he walks.
