    Thoughts

    A difficult week's trading.

Intraday was OK, poor short swing trades. And funding of the swing positions cost more than I lost on the trades.

Below my 2.5 % weekly benchmark.

Hoping for more opportunities, and better trading next week.

    Thoughts

I had quite a busy week on the equity markets.

We had two market moving events - the Fed rate decision on Wednesday, and the non farm payrolls on Friday before the cash open.

Pretty volatile markets. The SPX, DJI and the Nasdaq all made new all time highs again on Friday.

There's no sign that this bull market is done just yet.

I made some poor trades, caught some of the volatility.

Well above my 2.5 % weekly benchmark.

Hoping for more opportunities, and better trading next week.
