Wednesday, stock plunge after rallying due to the fed rate cut. Yesterday, stocks opened sharply lower, to rally in an incredible way. Today, friday, stocks initially rally shrugging off dismal payrolls report, only to give up their early gains. Now I'm on the sidelines, waiting until things stabilize.
Replicate what you're doing, and that is a key ingrediant for a massive sell-off. As the volatiltiy chases players to the sidelines, liquidity is lost. Loss of liquidity creates the the ability for magtnification of moves. Now all we need is a bad headline.
