tradelink is still 100% free and open source. it supports 5+ brokers now, and a couple of data providers. fast tick based backtesting, black and grey box support... everything is componentized so pretty easy to roll a DIY system ontop of tradelink. has close to 1:1 unit test coverage for common library. http://tradelink.googlecode.com
