where are those at? is it near silverbell rd? that area has very nice homes. I bet you could put in a low ball bid and knock off a few 100k easy perhaps 500k
\ I would say to heat that home you need at least $600 per month taxes are not the cheapest... well over 10k - 12K per year but maybe close to 20k ??? or more? not sure.
If you're looking to buy around that area, just wait until Chrysler goes belly up. I'm sure they will drop a lot more then.
