Excuse my ignorance, but how do these two statements not contradict each other? (please go easy on me!)
Shoot man, that's some heavy shit. It happens to me too often, but with my small scale it's not critical, usually. I live and do some work on a small farm, where we raise goats and vegetables, and there can be distractions. Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't. Good luck with that.
So is it fair to say that your opinion about the market only changed after the drop into closing? I understand that you would have hedged the AMZN trade if you logged in early enough before the close, but if you don't mind sharing, what changed that makes you now say equities will go a lot lower? It's obviously not just because of a very weak close on Friday.
I missed my hedge. The trade was not to exist without the hedge which was dependent on the shape of the close. Further, I was not marketable on the AMZN vol but the drop apparently was enough to fill. It took 108 fills to fill the order in various exps.
Dude blocks me, logs out to read, and then repeatedly takes a shit in the thread. I made a promise not to post outside of my wheelhouse, but the mods will continue to allow this BS. GL guys. My email is on my profile, but I am done here.
Truly, Master Move in wiping off SaltyNuts off the face of this earth, permanently. I tip my hat off to you. That was a very serious case. Dice is small potatoes, but you have the ability/skill to inflict the same, serious damage. It's like 5 minutes of your time, or less... PS. My main motive: is to know whether you are bullish or bearish on any given week. "Salty is Dead"
