I was being sarcastic and stupid. I'm hugely againsts lotteries, raffles, prizes, gambling and casinos, superstition and luck...all of those are for complete suckers. Pharmaceuticals/biotech stocks, I learned in my amateur phase to not dabble/gamble/trade in those. If you or anyone, reasonably, expects to survive and thrive in this market game...you will need to be well-rounded, and have a focused specialization in something. If someone is just chasing random stocks, gambling on quarterlies and what not...that will only, eventually, lead to downfall. I wish there was a special website...where only the verifiable top 1%, or .5%, of traders in the world could join. That would be a magical place of information and learning and wisdom and enlightenment and vision and clarity.
You can call me a Boring, serious, person....but no, People cannot gamble for fun. What is So Fun, anyways, about Losing Money and destroying lives, communities, minds, souls? Or have sex for fun with a prostitute. Or drink alcohol for fun. Or do drugs for fun. Or smoke for fun. Or break any of the 10 Commandments or 7 Deadly Sins. I'm not a Monk or Priest or Nun or anything, but I still consider myself to be a straight-laced human being.
Then you are taking yourself too seriously. Occasionally buying a lotto ticket, or spending a night or two over a year in Vegas at the slots is harmless fun. Spend $2000 on a cruise to sit on a boat for a week to have "fun". Spend $2000 a year at a casino to have a couple nights of "fun". What is the difference? Everything in moderation.
Casual sex, hooch and gambling are FUN. but mainly when you're young lol btw dest is very smart and overnight makes great posts
