I do take a generic statin 10mg/day and a cheap CoQ10 200mg supplement. Probably doing more harm than good but , well I'm from a generation attracted to the largest vegetables.
Says 1000iu of vitamin d in the headline....but ingredients says 400iu. So bit misleading. In any case , amounts of vit d, magnesium, zinc, b12 are very low compared to what people need. I didn't look at all the other stuff in there. Edit...just noticed the vit c amount...cheap filler....
The Astaxanthin looks interesting. Might add that in. Right now I take the CoQ10 (before 10am, 600mg). Thought about increasing but not really sure what that would do for me or to me. Alcohol rarely.
