I've seen 25g daily of the trio result in roughly equal lean gains to that of 100-150g of undenatured whey or even whole egg.
i'm still using BSN.... I just assumed it was all the AAV helping me maintain size lol. good to know.
I dont mind the diet regime, Ketogenic for me is eating foods I alreayd like and eliminating most foods I prefer to not eat, but still can touch every once in a while. My schedule since first week of July has been so bad that I am out of my workout rhythm, have not lifted a weight, only played soccer twice and after the first indoor game my knee swelled and was in pain for 2 weeks not letting me do much, and misisng hte rush of workouts. Diet is the main thing but for me exercise fuels me easier to do it. I have to clear this week and get back to it but on top of all the work, I have been daytrading like a beast (successfully thankfully) and really eating into my time. Once I get settled that will take a backseat becaus I would rather lift than trade after 11:30AM.
