It’s good. I am likely only 30-50 off my bench PR. I don’t go to the hardcore gym anymore and can’t 1RM at home. I have a MiSmith machine for my wife but it’s not sufficient for 1RM as the sleeves are short for bumpers and the bar is 32mm. I can do 8 reps with 360 on the silly Hammer Strength plate loaded incline bench. I have no idea how it relates to a flat bench number.
