    • Did you close the short 150 AMZN shares and the 1800/1750/1725 put fly?
    • I see the fly but not the short shares.
    • The short shares is were you made the money on - correct?

I was out of both within seconds of posting the pic. Yes. I was on in-flight WiFi. The possibility of the bear outside (engulfing) reversal sealed the deal. All gains to equity hedge. I didn’t but have the exact fills handy but it was a $678 net gain figure.

I am in Toronto until tomorrow night but I will be trading in the morning. I am going to do Doobs’ 650/750/800 132C fly and index.

For you calendars. When do companies usually CONFIRM earnings? How often do confirmation dates differ from estimate dates?

It's completely firm-dependent. There is no set framework.

How good are the estimate dates usually? Do they get it right most of the time

  6. You should know at least 1 month in advance of the earnings date.

I've been in Northern Sweden without signal. Out 46.20. I would never have let this break under the body strike if not for the loss of comms. Closed 46.72.

My niece received an "advanced study" fellowship at Uppsala University and I went into the backcountry. My remote login didn't work when I was IN Stockholm. No more trading on vacation.
