I don't mean to pry or maybe be insensitive, but can you elaborate on the exact details of the death and situation,

 

Admitted for vomiting and X-ray showed pleural effusion and a mass. The mass was so large that it caused cardiac tamponade and coma. Passed during transfer.

Had a 44 year old brother with a mass and pleurisy. Claritan was prescribed.
Died the following day due to pulminary embolisms resulting in heart attack.
Long time ago.
