He just bought a bearish fly on QQQ--expiring this week. Updates (T&S data) after the close.

 

New high on net liq with the QQQ fly helping out. Edit: +$405 marked from inception.

 

Fills for today. He covered all on AAPL as he wanted to short SPX. Unfortunately, he's still getting the hang of the iOS app and bought the SPX diagonal instead of the intended 2890 put calendar.

Very good job teaching your boys how to become independent wealthy. You starting them on the right track. Keep up the good work.

 

The good news on the diagonal f-up is that he cannot lose if he inverts delta.

 

Since this was posted after i posted my bearish ES put calendar, tell junior to stop hacking my computer and stealing my ideas .

 

He did well on the cubes. He's inverted now (long D) on the QQQ but the SPX has no bear-risk. He feels good about everything. He was going to close the diag immediately, but he's long everything but SPX so he's going to keep it.

 

Not much to report, trading-wise, but he's asked me not to post further runs beyond today's trade and the cover. He wants to post personally once he's hit a double. He was up $38 on 9 trades yesterday and went home flat. Today's trade is the 2915/2930 diagonal from 11.00:

 

no greater blessing than when your children and/or grand children find success, a gift from the infinite and maybe some hard work on their end and yours.
