I just bought a big box of gingerbread dough. I probably should have made it myself, but it's supposed to be good regardless. As I suffer from gluten intolerance, I will most likely be in pain for days. I hope it's worth it... Just to be clear, I'm saying "screw the cookies! Real men eat the dough raw!"... Please include me in your prayers!

This is a bakery for anyone in NJ /NYC area. Rispoli, Ridgefield Nj. I included this because their Italian pastries are out of this world. Especially known for the most amazing Cannolis around.
