"Spending without paying for it adds to the deficit" is not. Where did i ever say "Spending is bad" in simplistic terms like that?

See, you are an asshole, you create arguments that nobody was making, out of thin air.

 

So possibly Obama fighting spending cuts "tooth and nail" is not a bad thing.

 

Some cuts, maybe, but we were never talking about the validitity of the spending, we were talking about spending as it pertains to the deficit. You are trying to make Obama out to be a deficit hawk when he has fought all cuts to spending tooth and nail, and tried to implement as much new spending as possible.
