I've been a descretionary trader for 6 years and was totally gutted in 2003. I was short the high beta issues and didnt participate in any of this bull run. I had an opinion. It is something I wish I didn't have. I've been a top producer for two large prop firms and am hoping to do some research on articulating my descretionary style with some sort of black/gray box. I need some structure and discipline in this new era of low vol and tepid liquidity. How does one start researching this arena?
