In other words you cannot explain the discrepancy in data when both sources are the state of Florida.

Let me explain it to you in simple words - The State of Florida COVID dashboard has been deliberately manipulated for political purposes.

So you have a source from the Florida Department of Health, and the dashboard is also from it. Yet you say DeSantis is doctoring records. Do you have proof of this? I don't mind discussing this with you, but I can't go further on this topic with gwb because I've lost all trust on the man based on previous hyperbolic and one-sided narratives.

No, I honestly don't give a shit to even look at your latest source of data. You have no credibility. But keep posting the same thing over and over again if it makes you feel better.

Let me know when you have proof the data was manipulated apart from your speculation.

Nothing in Tampa has shut down. At all.

And holy cow, could you have found a more politically slanted article to support your narrative? You'd be hard pressed. Immediately goes after DeSantis as a Trump Ally.

    Yeah, no narrative there.

  6. ok. I see you looked at the fatalities, while I looked at the new cases - hence the disconnect. I think new cases are more reflective of any impact of early opening decisions that DeSantis made instead of fatalities. In 2-3 weeks if fatalities continue to drop as it is now, I would be wrong. Unlikely.

I specifically noted in the graphs that this was fatalities, which is really all that matters. People are going to get the virus, until - if ever - there is a vaccine. So tracking people getting the virus is nice, but worthless if no one is dying from it. Especially if testing is increasing.

You can say it is unlikely if you wish, that's fine. See you in two weeks. Of course, you can go back to the beginning of this thread and see how the "see you in two weeks" argument has gone over the last 6 weeks.

The proof that the Florida State COVID data is manipulated is obvious to any rational person who reviews the data.

In the meantime you ignore that New Zealand has completely wiped out COVID and is fully open for business. Their lockdown strategy was obviously successful. The only cases they see are from incoming arrivals in quarantine.

When public health strategy is done correctly you don’t need to wait for a vaccine, nor do people have to get the virus and/or die.

You are free to hide under your bed until there is a vaccine. The rest of us have commenced living our lives again.
