DeSantis for the win

  1. NJ is the most densely populated state in the U.S. Everyone from NJ, NYC and Eastern PA comes to Jersey beaches as closest direct route to the ocean to spend the summer (who is not flying out to FL). The water is not beautiful blue as in FL and is chilly but NJ surrounded by so many millions of people with that as their only beaches and Long Island way too far to drive too.

  2. I just dont think they have standing yet to sue as they are a 3rd party to the dispute between Disney and DeSantis and the claim is a harm that could happen or is suggested to happen. Courts find it hard to get into a dispute with an unaffected party suing on grounds the other two party's dispute MAY have a negative effect on them....

When I grew up, Seaside and Wildwood were the places to go. When I was really young, it was Point Pleasant and Asbury, but later those went to shit. I'm glad to hear those towns are coming back.

Not sure I'd ever go to the Jersey shore anymore after the hypodermic scares back when I was young. Besides, Clearwater beaches are so pristine.

  4. My great..great...g..g.g.g.g.g grandfather went camping in New Jersey one winter.

He was encamped with General Washington's troops at Morristown.

Camping in new jersey in the winter sucks.

Was this before or after it had the highest property tax in the nation?

  6. Actually the little problem with higher taxes and insufficient representation were a couple of the reasons they were there.

You know, when you are under British rule, there is always a problem with high taxes, right?

Also in regard to "in the nation" there was a general disagreement with the British about what the nation was.

What's the use. We already know that most Florida residents are incapable of using smart phones. :)

Your guilty of the leftist assumption. DeSantis is focused on protecting young children from age inappropriate materials
DeSantis is not against the adult gay community or corporations celebrating that
DeSantis wants to stop corporations from repeating false statements that this bill is a dont say gay bill, or just taking a stance from a twitter attack without understanding both sides
Or that Disney should intentionally boast about sneaking in gay imaginary into their childrens products
