The cruise lines stated very directly that they would find ports outside of Florida if DeSantis was able to impose restrictions on vaccination & testing requirements on the cruise lines. DeSantis got spanked in court, hence the cruise lines did not leave Florida. Do you remember the CEO of Norwegian stating that cruise ships were movable and they would simply go somewhere else. Here is a reminder - "At the end of the day, cruise ships have motors, propellers, and rudders, and god forbid we [can't] operate in the state of Florida for whatever reason, then there are other states that we do operate from," Del Rio said. "We can operate from the Caribbean for ships that otherwise would've gone to Florida." Norwegian Cruise Line CEO says it will stop sailing out of Florida if the state does not allow it to verify COVID-19 vaccinations https://www.businessinsider.com/norwegian-cruise-ceo-florida-covid-vaccine-frank-del-rio-2021-5
I'm not saying what the cruise lines said. I'm pointing out what you claimed. And, of course, what actually happened. And then, of course, all the cruises ended up being full of COVID patients despite their vax requirements - but that's a whole different hilarity of bad predictions.
I stated what the cruise lines said -- while posting articles with their statements. I claimed exactly what the cruise lines directly stated. If DeSantis was able to restrict their Covid testing and protocols for passengers then the cruise lines would sail their ships from other states than Florida. Doesn't get much more clear than this.
I get that you're back peddling now. You've made so many bad predictions I've lost count. How many NFL games were forfeited? Was Trump indicted yet? How about Gaetz? "Just a matter of time" before Putin uses nukes in the Ukraine. "Supreme Court will uphold vaccine mandate". Three shots (one booster) only in the elderly over 60. Trump will experience the worst COVID symptoms in a week (never did). One day when I've got some time I'll have to scroll through all the threads you created and make a Best of the Muppet thread here.
Let's take a look at the typical press coming out about Florida's nursing home Covid deaths. The folks of Florida really love their governor..... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well now the Reedy Creek administration has come out stating that repealing the RCID is not possible. Tell us again, what it DeSantis' secret, magical plan? Maybe it is time for DeSantis supporters to step up and admit he made a drastic mistake and did not think anything through as he drove his revenge narrative to score political points. "During a four week period". LOL Yeah, I'm sure I can find a few minutes in a given month that the numbers worked to my advantage as well. You're such a clown.
