This is what I said. Read the ENTIRE statement rather than trying to take a single sentence out of context. "While we are at it -- let's take a look at the full and partial vaccination rates in Minnesota as of November 13th. The partial vaccination rate is a mere 66.5% -- nowhere near the 80% claimed by this clown you reposted from Twitter. Of course he weasel-words with 80% of adults which is also demonstratively incorrect - Minnesota has not achieved this level of partially vaccinated adults yet."
Right. You said it was 66.5%. You were waaaaaay off. Not even close. At least the author was rounding when he made 79.8 to 80. Such a small variance is only important to the cultists like yourself. Doesn't change the message of the tweet one iota.
The figure was not 79.8% when he was rounding at the time his tweet was published. That's like trying to claim the partial vaccination figure in February 2021 in Minnesota was 79.8% by showing the CDC data from today. Time is an important concept to understand. But since you fail to understand basic math -- the expectation that you might understand a time series is a forlorn hope.
What was the number on the 13th? Show me the source. It certainly wasn't even close to 66.5% like you claimed. And if it was still a 79.something print (like it almost certainly was) then all you're doing is desperately clinging to some hope you can discredit the tweet. Even if it was 78, which is impossible, the point still holds.
As expected... when DeSantis supporters try to push what they regard as "science"... Conspiracy theories run rampant during testimony on DeSantis’ vax mandate ban Lawmaker: ‘I’m scared at some of the testimony that came from members of the public’ https://floridaphoenix.com/2021/11/...during-testimony-on-desantis-vax-mandate-ban/
There are crazies on both sides of the argument. I've no doubt some looneys opposite your side of crazy were there to speak.
It seems like DeSantis' special session what simply full with insane crazy... a complete shiatshow. "They portrayed the COVID-19 vaccines as actively dangerous and lavished praise on natural immunity, hydroxychloroquine, and ivermectin, a treatment for parasites in farm animals that, according to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, is not useful in treating COVID-19 in humans and can be dangerous in high doses."
Except COVID vaccines are somewhat dangerous, and natural immunity is something to be recognized - which the CDC is now starting to do. So yeah.
