Typical... the Red Tide is causing tons of dead, smelly fish to wash up on the beaches. Killing tourism but DeSantis will do nothing about it. He is too busy sending Florida deputy sheriffs to the Texas border to stop border crossers.
Wow Florida's back to leading the nation in new Covid cases. Can't say I'm surprised. It's not excusable given that vaccines have been available for ages in Florida and not hard at all to get your shots.
Yep -- Florida has over 20% of the COVID cases in the U.S. DeSantis is probably proud to be #1 in something.
Let's see what is up with DeSantis' AG in Florida... Following Ron DeSantis' orders, Florida's Attorney General Ashley Moody doesn't want cruise passengers to be safe from COVID by requiring that passengers be vaccinated. Florida supports allowing COVID to widely sweep over cruises. Despite the cruise lines suing the state to stop Florida's absurd and illegal mandate not allowing the validation of vaccination status -- DeSantis's pet AG continues to push forward defending the indefensible. Florida AG rips appeals court ruling keeping COVID rules in place for cruise ships Federal appeals court sides with CDC on COVID rules for Florida-based cruise ships https://www.foxbusiness.com/lifesty...rt-for-letting-cdc-enforce-cruise-covid-rules Well let's see what is up with the Florida AG recently... Florida Attorney General Moody Tests Positive for COVID-19 Florida’s attorney general, Ashley Moody, tweeted Wednesday that she has tested positive for COVID-19. https://www.usnews.com/news/best-st...ney-general-moody-tests-positive-for-covid-19
Explain to us why Florida should be defending a law targeting cruise ships, an industry the state has no regulatory oversight over. Why should tax-payer dollars be used to defend the indefensible. Not only has Florida lost in court against the CDC -- -but the the cruise lines are also suing the state over their restrictions. How stupid can Ron DeSantis and his pet AG get --- all so Ron can try to make political points.
