Man, your ability to focus is almost zero. You just start rolling marbles out on to the table hoping one of them relates to what was asked or said. This has not worked out well for you I can see.
It is not really double dipping if they sentence him to each crime... since 40 years is the maximum penalty on the highest charge and he is a 1st time offender.... I am guessing 15 - 20 years target minimum.....Judge might show leniency here.

Someone asked if they requested a change of venue. They did request a change of venue several days ago. It was denied. He's facing 12.5 years according to the guidelines. They can ask for up to 40 years.
You won't do 40 years for 2nd degree murder, 25 years for 3rd degree murder, then 10 years for manslaughter, because the other two are part of crime 1. It would be different if he robbed a bank and killed somebody, because they are two unique events, robbery and murder. If you committed 2nd degree unintentional murder you pretty much committed 3rd degree murder and manslaughter as well on the same person.
