What is not being said is most of those being deported have already had their administrative hearings before a judge and ordered deported. They had their due process. More so, than innocent Americans, falsely accused and locked up in US jails for 10-20 years and their lives ruined.
Remember to get the tattoo on your knuckles. Otherwise they will have to photoshop it in when they post your picture claiming you are a MS13 member.
Because someone said it on Twitter, that makes it true. "Other viewers claimed that the White House had altered the photos, with one reply reading: "Trump and these creeps are posting a photoshopped image of fake tattoos on Kilmar Abrego Garcia's hand that say 'MS-13.' Probably not something you'd do if you had any actual evidence that he was in the gang. They are completely and totally desperate."
The cruelty is the point. Two-year-old girl marooned in foster care in U.S. after parents deported to countries 1,500 miles apart Mother returned to Venezuela by Trump administration and father jailed in El Salvador, leaving infant daughter in U.S. and government accused of ‘abduction’ https://www.independent.co.uk/news/...tation-maiker-espinoza-escalona-b2742165.html
Yes, those parents are cruel to put that child in that situation. It was the parents decision to come to the US illegally. They knew the whole time they were in the US that deportation was a possibility. So, why didn't the parents prepare for this situation? It is 100% the parents fault. No one else can be blamed. Yes, when both parents go to jail or are deported, the child is left in foster care. That is how it works. Are you unfamiliar with the process? There is no cruelty by Trump. Change the law.
You do realize that both parents were legally in the U.S. under the Temporary Protected Status program for people from Venezuela.
Candidly, I am not that familiar with the story and completely open to changing my mind. However, I just did a quick google search and found the following. Are you sure they were under TPS? Alert Type info ALERT: On Feb. 5, 2025, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem’s decision to terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) under the 2023 designation for Venezuela was published in the Federal Register. The Administration is committed to restoring the rule of law with respect to TPS. Nonetheless, on March 31, 2025, Judge Edward Chen, a federal judge in San Francisco, ordered the department to continue TPS for Venezuelans. See National TPS Alliance, et al., v. Kristi Noem et al., No. 3:25-cv-01766 (N.D. Cal. Mar. 31, 2025). The court did so even though the TPS statute says that TPS decisions are not subject to judicial review. For more information, please see the Federal Register notice. DHS has every intention of ending Venezuela TPS as soon as it obtains relief from the court order. Further updates regarding TPS Venezuela will be posted on this webpage.
Multiple judges have ruled that the TPS program must continue for immigrants already in the United States who are covered by it. Trump simply declaring the TPS program is ended -- does not make it so. This Venezuelan couple came to the U.S. in good faith under the TPS program. The Trump administration had no grounds or legal right to deport this couple - who have no criminal history. The Trump administration's assertions that both the husband and wife are MS-13 gang members is simply absurd.
