Deportations

  1. By the Constitution children born in the U.S who are "subject to the jurisdiction of the United States" are citizens. A chinese birth tourist and an illegal migrant are subject to the jurisdiction of their home countries.

Keep in mind that nearly all the children that Trump deported recently have one parent who is a U.S. citizen.

What’s next? Deporting naturalized U.S. citizens?

Where does TreeFrog draw the line?

  3. No deporting of naturalized citizens unless there were material representations on their visa or citizenship application.

So for example Ilhan Omar should be deported.

So basically deporting everyone with a brown skin is the Trump administration policy. Got it.

  5. I can see why someone such as yourself who gets all his news from Salon and Mother Earth News could believe that.

Keep in mind that the Trump administration has already been pushing they have the right to denaturalize U.S. citizens. Do you think they will focus on people with white skins? Just wondering.

  7. I think they will focus on the ones who show bad or criminal behavior first- and also those who affiliate with them.

Do you think there will be more people with white or brown skin in that category? And since the overwhelming majority of the 20 million plus illegals in this country are from south of the border do you think they are more likely to have brown or white skin. Just wondering? Take a guess. You can do it. Do you have a lot of New Zealanders in your are running around in gangs raping and trafficking children. If you do, they need to worry about being deported. Most likely you don't though.

The illegal parent who is getting deported is choosing to take their American born child with them....Birthright children are not being deported

The original intent of birthright was to open a lane to get children born of slaves citizenship
Fortunately we have a Court that follows original intent

Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson's judicial philosophy centers on originalism, which means she interprets the Constitution based on its meaning at the time it was adopted
