Jack, your approach is Price Oriented and you also talk about Fractals.

How does SCT compare with Elliott Wave - it is price oriented and fractal based?

Is there a comparison that is helpful at all?

    Thank you,

  3. Here is a part of a requested response from the IRS (page 9 of 59); near the top is an FTT to FTT trade.

Notice is is a small part of a year. The capital involved was 1500 dollars a contract; it could have been 500 dollars.

If tape reading were being done, then two walls on the DOM would have been found. One at each end of the trade.

A wall is a mathematical statistically derived first derivative answer which is a term in a mathematics called calculus.

If there are more orders at a value than the velocity of trading, then the people who made the mistake of placing their orders too far back in FIFO get screwed.

Denise and Flavia treat the minds of these folks who are so inane and lacking in skills and knowledge. (The Wall builders)

Here, the IRS is asking questions about my trading and teaching trading. They did not understand the velocity of making money doing these kinds of trades.

as you say, I need to give sailing type answrs for those who have no reading skills to allow their minds to read my longer posts on prints like the one you see here.

  4. Yes.

Elliot goes from the more gneral movement to specific movements. I feel I stay on the same fractal.

Look at he trade I just posted. It makes 43.5K on 60K (or 15K if your broker affords you the additional leverage). I run at 94% of capital to assure I stay inside of bar volatility.

In 2 hours and 28 minutes, the trade between two walls (a tape reading tend driver term) occurred. Depending upon leverage this small part of a year requires sweeping weekly to stay inside the market's capacity times 5 (my personal multiplier for max capital traded as RTH unfolds).

Elliot traders are not known to do any of the nuances so far mentioned above except they are very systematic, always correct, and have CW type emotions that require treatment by those they hire to treat them.

Thank you for your posted question. Comparisons of methods are a good idea. The trade was a pm BO trade in CW parlance.

  5. Jack, you need to submit to a covel interview so that us mere mortals can grasp your knowledge. Think about it, it will be a historic document for the ages.

I have been advised you are pushing 100 y/o. You should really take advantage of this opportunity since time is of the essence.

  10. Somewhere on ET there is an in depth 80 page thread that Maverick 74 lit up with hard accurate knowledge about what REAL tape reading was all about and why the specialist system was essential to its existence.

It is the best thread (on any subject) I have every read on ET and maybe the best explanation of ever read about any sophisticated technique. Read it ... you'll love it!!
