Yep.. I did that. Then I lost 40 lbs from December to now. Just finished a 5 mile run. That part of your diatribe is all true. Got it down to 200 lbs at 6' 1.5". I didn't even think of myself as fat... it sort of creeps up on you. You may commence with the fat guy jokes. I earned them. But... Secret/SCI? Never heard of it and I had TS/SCI clearance for *decades*. I genuinely did not know that existed. Its a silly classification because the stuff that is Secret is so ridiculously mundane. How can you compartmentalize something that is just Secret? Ludicrous. If I had something labeled TS/SCI or Eyes Only in my home I would be in prison for years while they figured it all out. But I'm not a former President of the United States. The correct language to describe the president is "Ultimate Authority over Classification". Its not some ambiguous notion, the man literally could decide what is classified and what is not.. on a whim or whatever. That is the power of the Executive. I say this whole thing is horse shit promulgated by a desperate dictator trying to eliminate his likely successor. They have really stepped in it now. This circus ends in November. Uncle Joe is finished and I think impeachment in the House is likely. Of course, the Senate will not convict so it will mean nothing... like Trump's impeachment. The system is oscillatory now and its not going to end well.
Id hit the like button a hundred times if I could on your 5 mile run and taking off 40 pounds. I’m a runner myself. I try to do 12-15 miles a weeks at 3 miles a pop. The best runs are the earliest you can get out of the door. Sometimes I’m on the road at 4am. The best air quality is as early as you can get out of the door. You will notice your runs are better and your lungs will thank you. Avoid hilly runs. Your knees will thank you.
Melania bought all new underwear after the FBI search of Mar-a-Lago because someone may have touched her underwear. Maybe she needs to look up the definition of "contaminated". On the other hand she hangs out with a crowd which drains the pool and refills it if people of color are caught swimming in it. Melania Trump felt violated by FBI agents 'contaminating' her bedroom during Mar-a-Lago raid, report says https://www.businessinsider.com/melania-trump-violated-new-underwear-mar-a-lago-raid-report-2022-9 FBI agents searched Melania Trump's closet during the Mar-a-Lago raid last month. The former first lady felt violated by strangers rummaging through her belongings, friends told Radar Online. She bought new underwear because she felt as though her belongings had been "contaminated," her friends claimed. (More at above url)
Funny that you mention time to run. I'm having trouble at the moment because I'm getting home late and am hungry and tired. Might try that early morning thing. I'm in Florida so the entire vertical change during my run is 8 feet lol. I do miss the hills when on the bike though.
I wonder if the Piezoe idiot will show up later to scoff at me again and cite various court cases demonstrating my ignorance of the "fact" that a court master will never be appointed. Probably not. This might be a good time for him to just lay low and just focus on reading his deleted mail. Idiot. Speaking of idiots, Merrick Garland just took the first of many hits to come too. U.S. judge agrees to appoint special master in Trump search case https://www.reuters.com/world/us/tr...e-granted-part-by-us-court-filing-2022-09-05/
The appeals court will quickly overturn this nonsense from this Trump-appointed judge — and also take her to task in their ruling. Trump will get his “special master” when he is wearing prison gear.
Sounds good. Reality is more likely in to the contrary. The appointment if a special master is not that heavy a ruling the lower court and wayyy within the normal scope and discretion of the lower court. More likely an appeals court will not immediately see how the government is disadvantaged by the appointment, especially since the government has already stated that it expects to go out past the election before taking final action. But the ball is in Garland's court now. If he has an argument to make go for it. The point though is that now he is the one who has to huff and puff to overturn it. As I said in two previous posts: "It is always easy for the government to get ballsy with their raids and to get a warrant because it is an ex parter proceeding, but once the defense team shows up, things start slowing down and getting complicated very fast." I stand by that. The other thing that should be noted is that the judge- in my casual hearing of this- is still allowing the national security team in the intel departments review that material privately to see if there is anything there that needed to be acted upon. So that takes the wind out of Garlands sail if he wanted to make the argument that we needed to proceed faster without a court master for that review to take place. If Garland has something to work with here. Let's see it in action. You say that the "appeals court" will overturn it quickly so we should know right off. Also, don't forget that the Supreme Court is an appeals court too if the D.C. court does anything funky. Yeh. as I said. Things start getting complicated right off once the theatrics of the raid are over.
